All our products are made using Glutenfree almond,coconut,and seed flours that are organic & are non -gmo .We grow some of our own organic fruit ,vegetables& herbs which make their way into our pizzas ,breads ,jams and cakes.All natural& preservative free.We even go as far as milling the flour ourselves and making our very own gluten free sourdough starters.We do not use processed sugars or fats .Coconut sugar ,jaggery and coconut oil is what we use instead.
